Mid-calf boots in tan-brown suede with a slouchy, asymmetrical shaft that folds and drapes naturally. S 98 design has two dark brown leather straps with metal buckles wrapping around the lower portion of each boot, positioned at slightly different heights. The buckles have a worn, antiqued finish that matches the distressed character of the leather straps.
The suede shows variation in tone across the surface, darker in some areas and lighter in others, giving the boots a lived-in look. The toe is rounded and the front shows some creasing at the vamp. A pull loop sits at the back of each shaft. The sole is a stacked construction in dark brown with visible wear to the tread. The heel is low and blocky, integrated into the sole unit. The overall construction has an intentionally rugged, unfinished quality with exposed stitching visible along some seams.
