Black leather combat boots with a tall shaft and a fold-over cuff at the top. The leather has a matte, slightly worn finish. Roses and text are printed or stamped across the outer side in dark brown — you can make out "YOU ARE" among the lettering. The round toe is reinforced and the lacing runs up the front through metal eyelets.
A wide strap with a metal buckle wraps around the upper shaft. The sole is a tan or beige color, thick and treaded, with metal studs running all the way around where it meets the upper. The heel is low and blocky, also studded. The boots lace with black round laces.
98 Baya has a heavy, utilitarian build with decorative elements layered on top — the graphic print, the hardware, the studded sole trim. The leather shows some creasing and surface wear consistent with use.
