Mid-calf boots in dark grey-brown leather with a slightly slouched shaft and a rounded toe. The leather has a worn, textured finish that gives it a lived-in look. Metal studs run along the top edge and down both sides of the front, flanking a decorative lace-up panel with hook-and-eye hardware. The laces don't open — they're fixed in place.
A functional side zipper runs most of the shaft height for entry. The heel is a chunky stacked block. The studs are dome-shaped and sit close together, creating a continuous line of hardware. The shaft gathers slightly at the ankle, which adds to the relaxed shape.
The leather shows natural creasing across the vamp and shaft, consistent with wear. 98 Fresh 19 design has a lot going on visually between the studs, laces, and textured leather, but the muted colour keeps it from looking too busy.
