Three wide leather straps wrap around the shaft, each with an oval metal buckle. The straps sit at different angles and overlap slightly where they cross. A folded cuff at the top has metal grommets punched through on both sides. The leather is black with a matte finish that shows some natural texture and subtle creasing.
The toe is rounded and the vamp sits low. The heel is a chunky block, and the sole is a thick lug platform with deep rectangular treads. This pair has a heavier, more aggressive tread than the standard Hamish sole — it's the type usually found on MJUS boots. 98 and MJUS) for €359, and this factory variation came with that sturdier sole instead of the typical tread.
The leather at the toe and around the heel counter shows some scuffing and darker marks from wear. The sole treads have dirt in the grooves and light wear on the contact points.
