These statement western ankle boots are crafted from structured black leather with a heavily layered, tiered leather kiltie fringe overlaying the upper shaft and vamp. A wrap-around adjustable leather strap with an antiqued silver-tone buckle raw-edges across the collar, anchored by a subtly scalloped, studded top trim line.
Built on a sturdy, low stacked cuban block heel, they close securely with a full inner side zipper. This pair remains in excellent used condition with all stitching, fringe, and hardware intact.
