98 Saintec boots are built around multiple leather straps that wrap the ankle, each one set with large flat silver studs. The main body is made from dark olive-brown leather with visible grain and some natural variation in tone. Black leather straps cross over this base, creating layers that give the boot its wrapped look.
The studs are substantial, round and flat-faced, arranged in rows along each strap. Some straps also have smaller dome studs mixed in. A metal zip runs up the inner side of the boot. The toe is rounded and the shaft hits at the ankle. The heel is low and stacked, sitting on a black rubber sole with tread.
The leather shows some creasing and wear consistent with use, particularly around the ankle where the boot flexes. The finish has a slightly worn-in look with some darker patches and surface marks visible across the leather.
