This long-sleeved viscose blouse carries a patchwork-style print that mixes several different patterns across the fabric. Shades of rose, burgundy, red, orange, beige and cream run through the design, with sections that include floral motifs, leopard print, and abstract watercolour-like washes. Each sleeve and the body panels show different pattern combinations, creating a collaged effect.
The neckline is a v-shape with a decorative closure at the centre front. Two layered flower appliqués in shades of red and burgundy sit at this point, each made from overlapping sequin or disc-shaped petals with a small rhinestone at the centre.
The blouse has a fitted cut through the body with long sleeves. The viscose has a smooth surface with some drape. The back shows the same mixed print approach, with the patchwork effect continuing across the shoulders and down the sleeves. The hem sits at hip length. This is from Roberto Cavalli's 2005 collection.
