The design includes a standard pointed collar, a central button placket, and distinctive gathered sleeves detailed with adjustable drawstring ties at the cuffs. Authentic golden metal charms remain attached to both sleeves: one depicts a coiled snake and the other represents the Scorpio zodiac sign. To address a missing button, an original matching button was taken from the collar position—where it is not visible and where the shirt is not buttoned up—and attached down the front placket where it was previously missing.
