98 boots has been tooled with a floral pattern that covers most of the shaft and vamp. The dark navy base shows through in varying tones where the leather has creased and worn. A brown leather strap wraps around the ankle, fastened with an antique gold buckle. The strap has three punched holes and a metal rivet near the buckle.
A brass zip runs up the side of each boot, ending with a pull tab. The shaft has a slouchy, unstructured shape with a notched top edge that sits unevenly. The toe is rounded and the front of the boot is smooth navy leather without the tooled pattern.
The leather has a worn, broken-in look with some scuffing visible on the toes and around the edges where the navy has lightened to grey-brown.
